About ARQTRON — Founder-led Product Engineering
A founder-led product engineering studio
ARQTRON is a product engineering studio started by two partners, helping founders and small teams build first usable versions, improve existing products and connect workflows with integrations and AI. We agree the piece of software to deliver, make progress inspectable and plan a handover around your team’s needs.
Selected experience spans work in previous roles and independent products. The cases identify the founder’s contribution and the project context, so you can see how that experience relates to your own build.
The people behind the work
Saadaan Hassan — Co-founder · Product engineer. Builds the journeys your users need, connecting product interfaces, APIs and business workflows.
Muhammad Taimoor — Co-founder · Software & AI engineer. Connects software with AI and document search, helping teams find information and use it in their workflows.
From problem to handover
We agree scope, responsibilities and acceptance, review working progress, check the agreed journeys, then release and hand over. When work is already clear, we scope implementation directly. When important questions remain, we agree a paid assessment or prototype with defined outputs and a stopping point. Further work is a separate decision.
Repository and account access, ownership and licensing, documentation, maintenance and support scope are agreed before starting. Changes are agreed before work expands. A prototype answers a focused question; a production release also needs the operational checks agreed for its intended use. Delivery estimates follow a review of your requirements and the team’s availability.
