# ARQTRON Privacy — Enquiries and Bookings

## Information you share

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and project brief. You may also provide company information, service interests, budget and timing preferences, and links to supporting documents. We use that information to respond to your enquiry, assess project fit and discuss next steps. Avoid sending credentials, financial information or sensitive personal records.

If you opt in to an acknowledgement, we send a short confirmation email. We do not forward your full brief back in that acknowledgement. The site does not provide a file-upload field. Documents shared by link remain subject to the permissions and policies of the service hosting them.

## Services involved

Enquiry messages are delivered through Resend to our configured business mailbox. Resend and the mailbox provider process the message information needed to deliver and retain those emails. The application does not save enquiries to its own database. Email correspondence may remain in our mailbox while we handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement.

Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser information for hosting, security and operational purposes. The application’s temporary enquiry rate counter stores an attempt count and time window, rather than visitor IP addresses or project briefs.

On our production website, Vercel Web Analytics measures visits and traffic sources, and Vercel Speed Insights measures page performance. These services do not use cookies. We limit measurements to our public information pages and remove query strings and URL fragments from reported page URLs. We do not send enquiry fields or project briefs as analytics events, and do not use advertising trackers. Provider processing and retention are described in the notices below.

The embedded Cal.com calendar loads when you approach the booking section. Cal.com may receive technical request information at that point; when you book, it also processes the details you enter, time-zone preferences and meeting information. Its own privacy and cookie policies apply to that service.

When the optional video section is enabled, its YouTube player loads only after you select it. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain. Loading the player connects your browser to YouTube, which may process technical information and use storage under its own policies. You can also open the video directly on YouTube.

## Questions and requests

Contact info@arqtron.com with privacy questions, corrections or a request to delete enquiry correspondence. Tell us which enquiry you mean without sending sensitive documents. We will review the request and explain any information that needs to be retained for an ongoing engagement or applicable obligations. Provider-held records are also subject to their policies and available deletion controls. We do not sell enquiry information.
